Andy, None of the defs. are being sued for shareware delivery. The judge isn't being asked to consider whether point-of-sale encompasses shareware, just whether or not a point of sale can be in a person's home. So at least for now, shareware isn't an issue. Did you read the Markman briefs? I'd like to hear your thoughts on them. They can be found at patents.com
