We have already replaced the majority of computer OS's with Windows NT, and the mainframe work is nearing completion

I hate to be the one to tell you this but NT is not Y2K compliant yet. Service Pack 4 due out in a couple of months fixes some of the problems, but I don't think it will get all of them.

In addition, Microsoft is not fixing the Win31 code, the gotcha is that NT has a Win31 subsystem.
