It appears you are so intent on only having positive information reported that you missed the purpose of my questions.
I have not asked any of you to do my DD for me. I have gotten answers to some of my questions and also left a message for Roger on Friday to return my call since I had additional questions about the share count and NASDAQ listing.
The reasons for my questions were the comments made in the post by Macker. Since all of you state that you have done your DD, I am trying to understand how you came to those conclusions. We all learn to improve our DD approach by asking how other people do their DD. If there is information available that someone else has looked at, then I want to know how to find that information to increase my DD.
For example, when the statement is made that the quality of the call using DGIV technology is excellent, then I am interested in knowing how someone knows that other than hearsay. According to Roger, there aren't VOXports installed in Indonesia or Russia and they are just setting up the switching facility in California now. So, if someone states it is excellent, then the obvious question is "how do you know?" and "have you personally tired it and where?" It is your DD process I am interested in, since I have already asked and received an answer from DGIV as to their opinion of the quality.
Mark, I know that you met Mr. Chin and that you became a "convert". You said you did your DD. Mr. Chin is obviously very impressive. However, I am trying to understand what your DD consists of that makes you so confident that DGIV will succeed.
To me success has many components...an idea, timing, a strong leader, technology, the right contacts, support, marketing etc. On the surface it appears that Mr. Chin has an idea, is an achiever, has many contacts, and is addressing the marketing issues. However, there is very little information available, and less discussed about the technology and DGIV's track record in implementing and supporting this technology. When people make statements about these areas, I am interested in knowing how they reached their conclusions.
I hope that explains my questions. I am not asking you or anyone else to do my research for me. I am perfectly capable of doing that myself. However, not all of us are in a position to go meet Mr. Chin personally or have him call us personally at home to keep us informed with his plans. We have to do our DD by calling the designated company spokesman and sometimes evaluate the input from the sharing of information that is possible by participating in this SI thread. I fail to see why being asked questions based on one's statements causes concern, if you are confident in why you made those statements.
