I agree. Brad should accept the terms of your bet, as they appear very favorable to me. However, based on past dealings with you, he must be very leary of any payoff. You have to admit, your payoff record has been very spotty indeed. Have you ever paid anyone in the schwab lobby? Why should this be any different. Even the concept of an escrow account has a meaning to you unlike to anyone else. Maybe brad figures getting involved with you is more trouble than it is worth!!!
