DELL is not to be another IBM or HWP. I would expect (with 100% certainty) DELL to remain much more focused than those companies. Primarily, DELL will stay away from being a manufacturer of peripherals (as HWP) and a developer of software (Lotus/IBM). DELL may work with partners to develop these things, but don't expect DELL to actually produce them. DELL will work to grow the PC and Workstations/Enterprise/Servers businesses through INTERNAL expansion. LoD
