Thank you for your very detailed response. You make some very valid and some very serious points within your response. I will have to go back and discuss each of these concerns with my litho contacts at UTEK, MOT, NSM, Fairchild, and a few others. Much of my comments were directed to the responses I received from my SEMATECH buddies. I am distressed to hear that the DUV systems are not more recent than what you list in your response. What I think would be best at this juncture is take your comments as gospel and let me do my Research on this subject. Andrew
