Micheal, have you tried recently to talk to customer service??

Also, who was it that signed you up - have you talked to that rep as well to explain your problem?

There were problems about a year and a half ago (migration from Frontier's) but that has been fixed. If this is the time period you are referring to, maybe it is time you talk to customer service again.

Also, you have at your disposal several reps on this board that would probably help you out.

I would think you would want the help instead of just posting here to whine..
