FWIW and for the record...I'm out at 40 5/8. This does not reflect my belief in ASND for the long-term, but rather my need to raise cash in this market. I also own MRVC and did not want to continue to hold both companies. As my positions in ASND were at 23 1/2 and 32 1/2, I feel it is time to take some profits off the table. I am looking forward to some possible reentry points. Also, if the market stabilizes, I will look to reestablish my position. Good luck to all of you who remain long, as I think money is there to be made. I just think the "easy money" has to be taken off of the table for my more conservative accounts. regards, greg
