Re: Computer Reseller I do not know what to make of it. I do know that Computer Reseller has been praising Compaq's new line of servers. I think their unconfirmed statement is highly suspect. Also, I suspect Computer Reseller does not make any money off DELL since they are direct. SUNW had a big DOA problem with shipments to Japan some years ago. Nobody seemed to be able to figure out what was going on. When they brought the units back to California they worked. So this sort of thing does happen. I have had no problems with my Optiplex GXpro. It came up software and everything is working fine. I would be careful about leaning much on unconfirmed reports because sales and marketing representatives like to bad mouth the competition and get rumors going. There is a lot of vested self interest on the net. Some of the people are paid to put spins on companies on the internet according to some people I know. I would go directly to DELL and ask them about this. I hope you are having as good a day as I am!
