Update...
Tim Levey at ComVest has lowered 2Q ests. to .03. Yet he still rates fscx a buy. I don't invest in a company on a quarter to quarter basis. But I take issue with this analyst's future projections: 1997 revs. lowered from $20mm to $15.5mm and eps. from .29 to .15. And to prove even greater shortsightedness he has 1998 ests. @ .28!
Do you think he has a crystal ball or perhaps shorted this stock??
Nothing has changed fundemently with this company. The frame relay market is expanding rapidly. The fact that frame relay prices are dropping can only stimulate even greater demand. To try an project ests. into 1998 is absurd! I suggest you go to Newpage.com under data communications and then advanced datacommunications where you can retrieve daily frame-relay updates. You will then better understand the great potential for fscx.
Know what you own and why. Keep in mind that GDC and ALA have already chosen fscx over the competition. Also, you can never get ahead if you let the shorts manipulate you and your stock.
For what it's worth, I rarely post, but I felt that this recent news needed to be addressed as the garbage it is. I put far more weight in independant research like the Yankee Group that gives fscx excellent marks than in the myopic opinions of an analyst with an ax to grind.
