Tonto, I think you should check your numbers. After the reverse in 1/97 I had 166 shares but continued to buy and as of 5/31/97 I had 2991 shares and by the end of 6/97 had 12991 shares. Your statement that the shareholders owned a combined less than 1000 shares cannot be true, as I owned more 2991 shares at the end of 5/97 Did you mean that there were 220 shareholders with combined shares of 1,000,000?
