Mine is fantastic. I could never go back. I'm sure the change in speed will have you feeling the same way.

Other than that, the only thing I don't like is that ComCast insists on billing me by credit card. I wish they would put it on the cable bill. I don't think their accounting department is full of rocket scientists....why bill me twice a month?

Also, as service has become more prevalent in my area, I hear the tech support is harder to get through to. I have had only one problem, however, and I have yet to hear from someone who has had more than one. My problem was with the Netscape Bowser.
