Just got to work from spending ~1 hr on the phone with Rhonda. The outlook of the company seems very good. Rhonda has a good idea on the products and where she wants them to go. She is also taking the necessary steps to go in that direction. Albeit, it seems that things are taking WAYYYYY to long for some people, remember, that these things take time. I still have a strong feeling about this company and am long on it. Anyway, this is the current situation:
Kitty litter is ready to go, sales and marketing team ready. Outlook to hit stores ~Aug/Sep. The reason for the long time from now is production, stores getting acceptance from their board to sell the product. Test marketing was done, as well as indirect promotion (ie. hey, how do you feel about this type of litter, would you use it, etc......)to friends, passerbys, family members, peers, etc.. Initial response was great. Several Major chains (ie. Lucky's, Petsmart, Safeway, .... ) have already been in contact with CSHK or who CSHK is getting in contact with about putting in orders for the Kitty Litter.
Y2K- Cd's are being burned as we speak, 1st sales will be through the website or by calling the company direct. Finalizing deal with Merced.
Website- URL was released prematurely, that's why nothing is up and running. This is currently being addressed.
IR- closing on contract with IR firm.
New Software products- One more software program, after the release of Y2K software intent to acquire, another company contacted CSHK regarding marketing their software. Being worked on. There is also something with a Video conferencing product, but we went over this only in brief.
S4T domain and 11th hr domain- Another business product of Merced is website design, they designed the website for S4T and CSHK as well as many other websites. Rhonda stated there is no connection between S4T and CSHK.
I also asked about the company spreading too thin, since CSHK has not started any sales yet, but they are actively acquiring new products. Rhonda said that the two current projects (Y2K and Kitty Litter) were in their final stages. Also, in order to keep moving, they needed to find new products.
As for the 7 questions I posted earlier and then subsequently answered by JimB, they were in fact answered by Rhonda, who forwarded her response to JimB to post.
