I believe I read in the meeting announcement that the shareholders meeting is open to "shareholders of record as of February 24th, 1998." I'm repeating that from memory, so I may have the day wrong. So, if you have bought by then you have the right to go, but as Doug says, it wouldn't be surprising if they let you in anyway. How about that stormy market today? Dragonfly
