TO: ALL CVIA THREAD PARTICIPANTS! I just followed up with Jack Arnold as like the rest of us I was expecting a news update! As Jack is not an S.I. member I asked him to forward an update to me via e-mail so that I could share it on the thread! I just received it! I am not very good at this pasting stuff by I will try to bring the word for word e-mail from Jack on to this posting! If for some reason it doesn't work, I will keep trying untilI can bring it on this thread! Here it goes! Best Regards, Wayne J. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Dear CVIA shareholders, We are in the process of trying to complete the WOTD transaction. We have determined over the weekend that it will be more financially cost-effective for CVIA to purchase the assets of WOTD (including the initial retail tire store acquisition). This change in strategy will require a few more days to complete and therefore we are asking everyone to allow us this additional time. Consequently, the press release scheduled for today will be delayed by a day or so. We do anticipate responding very soon to the reverse split issue raised by the shareholders, but must make sure that the form this takes does not adversely affect the company in a tax-related way. Thank you for your patience. We are working literally day and night to finish this transaction, so that we can go forward with our consolidation program. I do appreciate our shareholders and will address your concerns soon. Thank you.
