As I see it--- Greunbaum is to BLHG as Jimmy Chin is to DGIV. You've got to have an aggressive leader, someone with the ideas, the energy and the gift of gab to put things together. Then bring in the detail folks to tie the ends together. A CEO that is open to visit with the field folks and shareholders is a real good sign of someone who knows what they are about, makes for success. Gettin ready for a good ride---Shorty
