Mephisto - Re:"Fund Managers" As most of us now realize, Intel and Microsoft occupy positions in the Wall Street minds & portfolios once occupied by IBM, GM, GE, etc in the 1960s and 1970s. Although these are volatile stocks, their market capitalizations (>$100,000,000,000 for Intel today) testify to the high regard that Wall Street places on them - making them two of the premier companies of the latter 20'th century.
