You can be sure of one thing - when the Court is in session, the Judge will be Sitting. Even when that stirring sentence cleaves the hushed moment: "All rise!"

Basically I felt that this venue allows us to thrash the topic to a sloppy froth without worrying about the cherrywood and damask over at Rambi's. Just don't bring any dynamite or squeeze bottles of cyanide. The Reef's citizenry wouldn't like taht at all!
