1. i knew the intc remark was not directed at me, but since i was posting, i thought i would throw in my comments.

2. as far as lu and asnd, it may effect bay, if the perception changes that lu would not purchase asnd, but will still make a large purchase this october. that would leave one less choice to guess from.

bay it would seems should remain an attractive candidate with there product mix and price, and not just to lu.
