OK, was doing the math, I figured one procedure/week and 42 weeks per year (taking out holiday weeks) x $3500 per procedure x 18% av. placement out of 900 sites x 2 years, x 30% take home (not deducting other admin costs) less 10% IRS divided by the number of OS shares - and it did not look as great as I hoped it would.

In addition, I did not factor in the debt cost on the Smith Barney funding, or the shares that were issued - when are they convertible?

So, can you take me through the math again, arriving at an EPS or share value? Thanks.
