New developments at Transcrypt (TRII) Not only did TRII management receive several (read : at least 5) shareholder lawsuits , they are under SEC investigation AND today coopers & lybrand RESIGNED as their auditor. Result : SEC is suspending TRII untill at least may 7th and is investigating whether or not to delist TRII ! Whow . CYI is holding up pretty good today, despite today's market jitters. Looking forward to CYI Q1 results ! Bullseye!
