Not insiders, but people with inside information. I talked to Hal Smith and apparently the court clerk told some of the marketmakers that the case had been settled and they then traded on that information. One of them is M. H. Myerson and when I heard that I knew it was too bad because they are involved in every "rigged" stock you can find it seems. Its really a shame because from what I can determine CIST is for real. Common sense tells me it is worth more with the settlement of this lawsuit, but I suppose if Myerson is going to settle into manipulation of this stock too, we wont see it reach its "fair value" until the day Meyerson decides to run it.
