I'd also assume that such huge volume and upside was generated by buy-out rumors, but a look at some other "internet-related" stocks shows the same phenomenon. (7th level, MARG, etc)

I still think DISK is more like KTel than the others because of its distributor background, although KTel can sell internationally and most of DISK's distribution agreements are domestic.

In any case, the downside from here is well worth the potential upside, particularly if any of these paper-rich companies need a distribution center and DVD/LD niche [Amazon.com, CDNow, Music Boulevard, etc].
