As I pointed out in a previous post, the channel stuffing was a process that CPQ had been on for at least 10 years. That shareholder suit has about zero chance of enriching anyone but the lawyers. We'll all know the real story on channel stuffing in another few months but a couple of cold ones says that there has been no additional inventory (no addition to unsold days) going into the channel since December 97.
