Thank you for your investigations. I don't want to PPAANNICC!!! But I intend to watch the stock price very closely from here since I think most people could take a nice profit on this stock based on it's steady rise over the past few weeks and news like this may just SSCCARRE us into all doing a mass PAAANNNIC sell.

I really want that 4-1 split though. What do the rest of you think out there?? Is this just legal rumbling or is this going to cause the thing to collapse?
