COMPANY UPDATE.......................................

I spoke with the company today, and here is the latest information
available.

The trading which has taken place to date has been done through
market makers. The company expects to receive their listing
sometime in May. The company are currently in the process of
doing a financing for $250,000 - $485,000 ($0.25 which includes
a warrant).

The joint venture agreement with first Labrador requires that
First Labrador spend at least $150,000 on the Dart Creek Prospect,
which has to include a diamond drill program. The Dart Creek
property is located within 5 km southwest of the Teck-Donner
Consortium's Voisey's Bay South Exploration area. First Labrador
has not notified the company when work is expected to start on
the property. The money ($150,000) has to be spent prior to
December 31, 1998.
