if lu purchased bay, i have no idea if or who lu would purchase, it would be not more than $30 a share.

but would lu allow for the full value of the bay to be realized? i believe bay is undervalued right now, but attaching onto a strong player such as lu would provide many advantages, even at a lower price.

asnd is now only 5$ above lu's offer, if this had been converted into lu shares, it would have been worth more than the current 5$ above the offer.
