I remember (correctly?? U be the Judge) the worst places re gun death being DC, Boston, NYC and various CA locales. All of which have restrictive gun ordnances.

Since you paid your $.02, I'll just say that if we're gonna talk broad issues of social ethics here, and not the narrower issue of whether a fine upstanding Fish should get to conceal a Casull - well, I'll just say that we should deal with violence as acts of crime, one at a time, rather than trying to pass sweeping legislation regarding instrumentalities (like guns), social conditions (like the poverty/race deal) or any other almost-to-the-point category.

I just hate it when my brace of fine weapons gets tarred with the brush of violence.
