Never try to catch a falling knife is an old adage that bears remembering. This stock is basing, but I would not buy until it goes the other way for certain. Bear in mind that there are a large number of shares outstanding and that the company I understand lost some of their contracts recently. They only report the ones that they signed, not the ones that got away.
