I don't know if the 3 acquired companies make money. Assuming that they don't, the 540,000 shares being issued means a dilution to AMZN of about 2 1/4%. Also, the $55M charge would have some dilutive effect. Dealing with only the extra shares, 2 1/4% off of the closing price tonite would be $2.08, reducing the stock price to about 90 3/4. This quickie analysis may be all wet.

I haven't a clue how the market will react to all this news. Any views from the thread?
