Careful...it's quite unsettling
Hello All: maodeo, you are absolutely right about what happend on the SI thread. It
has been tainted by a group of market manipulators who have in essence taken the
thread hostage. One of the leaders has been served with a RICOH suit from the
Federal District Court in Salt Lake City. Another one will be served soon. SI refused
to remove them from the thread so some of us are choosing to leave SI.
It is my opinion that news of the imminent UPR deal was leaked to marketmakers
holding naked shorts who put the screws to their henchmen to kick NAMX down the
stairs before the news was released.
I've been on the NAMX thread since Feb. 97. I threw in the towel today on SI, not
on NAMX. The activity was pretty ugly and shows how easy it is for the shorts to
manipulate a stock down, manipulate investors and attempt to destroy a company.
NAMX isn't going to go away. Its technology is real.
We haven't been able to have a civil conversation about this company for a long time.

If anyone wants a NAMX profile that I've created send me an e-mail at
mlinskey@netacc.net. It is a document that I created from a fax of the company's
profile. It is very rich in data regarding the EM Sounder. It is an excellent starting point
for due diligence.

Kaaz: When Paul Ebeling joined IMMM/NAMX to clean house, his company,
Tridon,TEIM acquired 20mm shares. Kevin Welch, TEIM's president is a Director of
NAMX. Paul Ebeling is Vice Chairman, Director, CFO Secretary/Treasurer. IMO,
NAMX is the best thing going for TEIM.
Regarding the rumor of the registereing of 200,000 shares of 144 stock, according to
Paul Ebeling, the company has not received any such request. If such a request is
made it will be suject to the restrictions of a fixed dribble amount for sale over a year
after which there is no restriction.

For Your Consideration: The best tool that we have against those who have been
manipulating NAMX down is to take the shares that we own in NAMX out of the
"street" name which is the name of your broker and to demand that your broker
deliver your stock certificates to you.
This will curb the very profitable activity of "lending out" the stock for $0.05 per
thousand per day to shorters.
Some brokerages have a policy of allowing you to specify that your stock will not be
leant out. This would work also.
You do not lose any liquidity since you have three days to produce shares when you
sell them.
Some brokers will drag the process out for weeks. If you are a long, it shouldn't be a
problem.
This tactic will squeeze the shorts a little harder if they can't get access to any
inventory. Brokers hates to do this, but they have a legal responsiblity to provide your
shares in certificate form when you demand them. marty
Hello All:I called the company today and learned that Gruy has the field data on the D
Sands and should have a full analysis
soon (my read is within two weeks). Gruy claims that they did not speak to any
investors concerning NAMX. NAMX has not received
any correspondence from Gruy regarding the PR release. When the SI thread went
into a feeding frenzy, my suspicion was that
there was a concerted attack on the company by four posters. The Gruy report will
help clarify the situation and illuminate us as
to whether we witnessed a classic Internet shakedown.
I asked NAMX if they had any shots of the wells. They sent me some jpegs of the
wells. Send me an e-mail and I will forward them to you. They are not absolute proof
that the wells exist, but at least they are something. The photos were taken when they
were testing the first three wells.
