Harry Are we on the same planet? Check the financial statements for the last 4 years. We are not talking big-time profits for Beam or Summit. I'm an accountant, and I'll bet I could make a case that the two companies did not charge enough for the fee. You are going to see a settlement of some sort with the FTC before long.
