Jim - I think I finally understand your point. If I read you right you are saying maybe fewer units of newer more expensive boxes leaves CPQ with the same financial exposure. They could claim that units were reduced... This would square with the shift of mfg to higher priced PII systems. I can't think of any easy way to verify this, maybe more channel gossip would be enlightening. Since I am currently holding both Dell and CPQ I have more than an academic interest here.
