You need to look at these numbers as a percent of sales. If net sales increase 32% these
increases in a/r may not be important. Alos look at current ratio - even tho it went down
may still be well within a safe zone. Also in analyzing a/r you need to look at the age of
the accounts, not just amount of increase. Gross profit margin is probably the most
important number here.
