AMZN split

No shares left to short? Sounds like a great candidate to make some bucks on a short squeeze then. Which reminds me - I missed out one hickof an opportuinity to get in on the short squeeze for KTEL today - worth 8 bucks at least!

A short squeeze works like this: A stock rises too much, like KTEL to 44, so a bunch of traders short it. The price drops to 22, and guess what, so many folks shorted it, there isn't any left. So when the shorters go to 'buy to cover' the mm's raise the price - in this case to $34 today. So if you buy early when it starts back up, you can sell at a decent profit, even thogh the stock is still only worth about $6...Anyone out there following all the short intrest plays could post one heck of a watch list.

Off Topic:

I read that there are 40,000 prescriptions being written every day for Viagra (bummer, ladies)...I wonder if that will affect the 70,000 prescriptions a day being written for Prozac? At any rate, someone make note to buy maternity clothes manufacturers, Gerber, infant toys and whoever makes diapers in 6 to 9 months...just a thought...
