This is what we ALL are waiting for: Memo To: Shareholders From: T. Richfield Date: 4/24/98 Subject: Shareholder Update Finally finished financial statements for merger. Merger company is profitable and exceeding revenue targets for 1998. Initial projections for 1998 were $15 million. Looks like we will exceed these by a bunch if pending contracts are finalized. All parties have agreed to schedule final meetings with accountants and attorneys this coming week and finalize merger plans. IT*CareerNET continues to do well. New customers are signing on weekly. Have just opened a Philadelphia office and will begin to penetrate this new market. State Department contract has been awarded to our teaming partner. Initial contract is 5 year, $5 million minimum allotment. Will be meeting with Milvets shortly to finalize our participation requirements. Expect to have news out shortly. Thanks for your support.
