Negative spin? Moi?

Last time Borland was at this level (apart from last week, of course) was early December. Then came the acquisition, and we saw 7 in January. Now we have another acquisition pending, details yet to be announced. The company is staking its future on a strategy that has been alluded to and hinted at (out of desktop, into the enterprise) for months. Its core product revenues appear to be declining only a little more slowly than its acquired revenues are coming on stream. Then comes a missed (in my opinion) opportunity to capitalise on the "future is rosy" impact of a major announcement.

I humbly submit, no negative spin required here.
