Maybe Ross doesn't promote the company so he can buy up shares cheap. Hasn't Ross et al been the ones investing in placements in the company? Even a modest placement of shares at todays price means some serious dilution for the existing stockholders. Time will tell unless all the stockholders die of old age first.
