Dennis, I can not believe LU paid $1 billion of cold cash for a single product company with 1997 sales of 80 millions. They have one product that sits on the edge of the ATM network, which may become commodity and may be incorporated by ASND in future into bigger SWITCH. At least it bodes well for ATM in general, LU thinks ATM will take off , otherwise they would not pay 12 times revenue for single product. Anyone with engineering background with some thoughts.
