Exporting Stockfinder Data... Instantaneous NOT!!!!!

Am in process of Exporting the Stockfinder's entire Stock database (slightly less than 10k symbols) with 500 days data on each. I'm using a 100mhz pentium with 32 megs ram and sending the data across a network. At this moment, I've been exporting the data for 23 minutes and am on symbol CMS. The program indicates Time Remaining to download requested data is 95 minutes or an additional 1 hour thirty five minutes. At this rate the download will take 2 hours or slightly more. The Worden rep that called me this evening said the process takes him about 2 1/2 minutes on a 333mhz computer. Who's kidding who?????
I would be interested in hearing from others willing to substantiate his claim.

An important caveat to be aware of when exporting the entire database is that ALL of the symbols will update each time you update your data even though you are requesting to update a particular list only. Based on this knowledge, I think it foolish to download all symbols. I would go even further to suggest a periodic "purge" of the Export subdirectory might be appropriate.

Anyone else with actual experience Exporting version 4 data??? Would like to hear from you.
