I suggest to all to take the time and listen to the conference call, you can't help but come away impressed by what is going on at this company. Everything you wanted to know & more, a 1st class job by both Noam & Edmond, even the much rumored Merrill Lynch analyst queried in. They really covered the bases this time. Lotz, tonz, bunches, of new customers Time Warner, the University of Washington, U.Cal.Irvine, the U.S.G.S., Stanford, the GSA, the Bank One Arizona Diamondbacks (are they in the NL?), the largest publisher in the Netherlands, ect... even an unnamed financial institution in Boston where we beat out CSCO. Newly anticipated service & support contract revenue growth, Edgeblaster sales in the 3rd qtr. impacting the 4th. The source supplier of WDM on a cost competitive basis w/copper for a growing FTTC market. Inventories & DSO improved, and inline. 100 quota motivated sales people supported by a service & support staff described as "second to none". Management upbeat & very positive going forward. Chasis sales of the 2024/2048/gigaframe very well recieved. Gross margin increases, a record 33rd consecqutive quarter, & on & on.....Noam stating that MRV will "lead in convergence" is about as hyped as it gets. Looking forward to what the 'number crunchers' think. I certainly like what I heard.
