David,

It gives me no comfort to know that short interest has
declined by 26% from mid-March to mid-April. To the
contrary...it suggests that the price stabilization and
upswing we've observed over the past couple of weeks may
be attributable to short covering/profit taking rather
than to any fundamental factor or factors.

As an investor (or should I say "gambler?") with a long
position in FIBR, I'd feel much better knowing that current
short interest was 2 or 3 times greater than the figures
you shared.

Then again, I'll bet dollars to donuts that I'll be able to
unload the shares I recently purchased at $3 15/16 at no less
than $5 1/4, prior to May 29....at which point short interest
will once again balloon. These swings are likely to continue
until FIBR demonstrates significant sales...or dilutes itself
to death.

Keep those reports coming!

Ron
