George & Brian - The DCC listed in S-8 333-5638 for Jan 96 is "Diversified Corporate Consulting", not "Digital Commerce Corporation" Our DCC is (supposedly) located at 775 Sheerbrook Road, Elka Park, NY 12276, an address in the same city as used by Shannon & Ted of SGA Goldstar! The www.dgcom.com site is for "International Market Exchange", or "IMX" which appears to be some sort of art dealer site. The real corporate name of ICMX Federal Systems (which was a "Fictitious" name or DBA) was Internal Computer Materials Express, Inc. And according to the VA Corporation Commission, it was terminated on Sept 1, 1996 for failure to file and pay fees. Now, supposedly this should be a moot point, since the purchase and merger of ICMX was (according to the 10KSB) "closed on Feb. 12, 1996". So much for cleaning up loose ends!!!
