How do they know AOL has seen "record customer retention rates
as of late" ? My endless search for information on this subject has yielded no trustworthy data confirming improved customer retention.
Any idea where such info came from? AOL? Verified ?
The issue is increase in the number of subscribers - is the RATE
of increase on a down trend? I believe so, a member every seven seconds not withstanding. 14 million by year's end is not an upward sloping trend but indicates a plateau this year.
