Cant take credit for finding the article. put out the idea on my thread and someone else came up with it for me.... I think this is significant as I have said on several threads that i have posted this on... WSJ was a well placed leak in my opinion...and Rubin came out to make sure we didnt do the October surprise... but we shall see... the Fed is playing us like a Stradavarius (spelling is not my forte!)
