Marshall, it's strange. Since I've done that, I feel like I've increased speed 10 fold. Nothing goes into hard drive, everything stays in cache + processor. At least that's how my newbieish mind concludes with regard to setting disk to zero, cache to 10,000.

Before doing this, my light kept blinking (the one with the icon hard disk) and it took forever to download anything. Plus I kept on having to go back to options/preferences/cache and remove disk memory in order to start surfing again. This, at least to me, is 10 times better.
