First reaction may be that this is bad news. However, considering the unfavorable posts by NWSW employees on numerous threads since the merger/buyout original announcement, this could well be a blessing in disguise. With more and more focus on the steels and other cyclicals as a place to park your money, I view BYX as a potential double (from here) over the next 12 months, notwithstanding that it is already up 100% from where it languished for so long.
