I think a crucial question is how much of that 39M in revenues represents sales to Ziff-Davis units?

Unfortunately, the financial statements are unlikely to tell us that. Perhaps the latest lawsuit will tell us, but that will take years to wind through court.

What will be more revealing, sooner, will be - as you have suggested - the quarterly statements going forward.
