Pat: I would think it's Lucent's responsibility to license, since they will produce the silicon. I'm not sure who is writing the code for the Lucent DSP, I'll assume Aware. Do the AMTX/TI patents get passed onto G.Lite? Why would Aware replace the CEO?... until later.
