Still haven't seen any news but I did read the Annual Report and Proxy.

1. Asking shareholders to approve an additional 10% of the shares outstanding as options to reward the Officers for the fine job they're doing. i.e. an extra 2.5M shares. I voted against this proposal. Hopefully the institutions have decided that enough is enough.

2. In the annual report, it indicated that a cumulative total of 2.5M people are eligible for AMD treatment and the number is growing by 200K annually. I was under the impression that the Press Release a month or 2 ago indicated that the growth in AMD eligible people was 2.5M annually. Could just be my memory rather than the press release.

Sooner or later, we'll probably see what is actually causing the weakness.
